年末年始は子供達も帰ってきて、仕切り屋ＨＡＬはいつになく張り切ってる。 クリスマスの夜に一回徘徊の症状が出て、ビビッてお医者に行ったんだけど、思ってたとおり決定的な治療法は無いみたい。 効果があるとされているＤＨＡのサプリを正月明けに取ってもらって、それを飲ませて様子を見ようと言うことになりました。 体が冷えないように気を付けて、血行を良くするためにマメにブラッシングして、運動もたっぷりさせましょう。ってことなんで、普段やってることと何ら変わりない生活をすりゃ良いってことだね。 |
子供達のおかげで顔つきもキリっとしっかりしてるのかな。|
ぐっすり眠れるように夜の散歩は長目にしてなるべく沢山歩かせるようにしてるんだけど、その後は朝までぐっすり寝てくれて症状も出てない。 このままずっとこの調子で行ってくれると良いんだけどね。 |

ＨＡＬは人間の子供たちは自分の子分だと思ってるので、彼らに対してはものすごく威張ります。（笑）
長男がソファで寝てても平気で踏んづけてソファに飛び乗りどかしたり、事あるごとに自分の方が偉いとアピールします。
そうやってると気力が充実して来るのか、子供たちがいた間は２歳くらい若返った感じでしたが、今日からまたいつもの静かな毎日になるんで戻ってしまうかも知れませんね。
僕が知ってるボーダーも１８歳が一番長生きでした。
ＨＡＬにも頑張って欲しいものです。

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and
said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the
shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it
